The wellbeing of your child is our priority. Every child care professional has a personal interview with one of our qualified trainers.
All household staff are fully trained by us and thoroughly vetted before we think about placing them. Not all get placed, some need to further experience in this field before securing a paid role.
They are tested and screened for their skills and ability - safety in the home, first aid, and child development, cooking & driving ability.
All their references are checked before Chilton Training will consider placing them.

We offer part time & fulltime placements of:
Professional Nannies/ Housekeepers & Chars, Professional housemen, cooks & chefs.
All our placements are only concluded with men & women we have trained ourselves & know for a period of at least three months.

The services we offer when placing a nanny or a childminder include:
An initial consultation to evaluate your family's needs and to offer you advice;
Matching your specific requirements to our candidates and drawing up a short list of candidates for you to interview;
Ongoing consultation for a further 60 day period after placing the nanny or childminder to negotiate any issues you may have.
